At Pleaser Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your items are in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Pleaser branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your shipping container.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
